Project Planner/Programme Manager required to join a global organisation based in Central London, sitting within the PMO of a technology transformation programme. This role would take responsibility for the end to end programme plan and hold all of the master plans for the programme – the position would be split 70% planning and 30% general PMO support. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing an end to end project plan, with use of MS Project and Excel for programme planning.

Key responsibilities:

  • Liasing with colleagues within the programme to define, implement and manage the planning process
  • Project planning and dependency process creation
  • Stakeholder management
  • Identifying risks, issues and dependencies which arise through the planning process
  • Production of regular reports, ensuring dependencies are managed, planning governance is established, and milestones met

Required experience:

  • Previous experience creating and managing a programme/project plan end-to-end
  • Use of Excel and MS Project for project planning
  • Background working in a PMO Analyst capacity, managing risk & issue management and planning
  • Any experience working in a global technology change environment would be beneficial
