BI Support Analyst

Your new company

My client is a large financial services company based in the city centre of Edinburgh who is looking for a BI Support Analyst to join the business for an initial 12 month contract.

Your new role

The BI team provide quality assurance, MI and user support for the companies wide ranging deployment of Sales force across many business processes. They are carrying out a key interface and platform upgrade of Salesforce and this role provides support to the team’s BAU functions.

• Supporting team in processing Salesforce cases by documenting and resolving issues or requests
• Creating reports in Salesforce, export date to Excel using pivots, v-lookups or other excel functions to provide summary data in request format
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports when needed
• Support Salesforce upgrade to Lightening platform with testing if necessary
• Support team work including data monitoring and document management

What you’ll need to succeed What you’ll get in return

• Salesforce or similar BI/CRM system super-user and advanced Microsoft Excel
