As a Project Manager representing RPS’s Team, the role will be focused on working on the customers Networks and Infrastructure Capability Programme. GP have been tasked to offer support, guidance and aid the delivery of a number of crucial changes particularly in network and infrastructure procurement (and subsiquently through to delivery & implementation) across the organisations estate.
Skills required for this role are below, please have the following with regards to:
- Experience: Demonstrable success in similar roles completing end to end high level project delivery within a Public Sector/Central Government environment.
- Skills: Proven ability to procure & manageselect 3rd party suppliers with prior experience in project management of Network & Infrastructure environments. Manage the delivery of the project to ensure delivery to time, cost and quality. Worked in a complex organisation including working directly with a variety and range of non-technical stakeholders.
- Characteristics: There will be frequent internal and external stakeholder management as well as procurement and tender management involved, so you should be a compelling and considered influencer, with a consultative and approachable demeanour that will enable your team to deliver to the best of its ability.
