Our client is currently recruiting for 3 Scheduling Analysts/PMO Analysts to join our software client based in Newbury. Joining a relatively new PMO function the successful candidate will not be pigeonholed into a rigidly defined position.
Instead you will be given a variety of responsibilities including:
Scheduling of client installations/projects
Resource management/allocation
Providing ongoing support to the Project Management teams within the business
Support the gathering of relevant data and metrics for project reporting
Essential skills and experience for the Scheduling Analyst/PMO Analyst roles:
Understanding of relevant project management methodologies (Prince II, some Agile)
Previous experience of scheduling, resource management, allocation
Experience of working in a smaller PMO function or the ability to adapt to the situation and complete what is necessary
