Scheduling Analyst/PMO Analyst x 3 – Up to £25k

Our client is currently recruiting for 3 Scheduling Analysts/PMO Analysts to join our software client based in Newbury. Joining a relatively new PMO function the successful candidate will not be pigeonholed into a rigidly defined position.

Instead you will be given a variety of responsibilities including:

  • Scheduling of client installations/projects
  • Resource management/allocation
  • Providing ongoing support to the Project Management teams within the business
  • Support the gathering of relevant data and metrics for project reporting

Essential skills and experience for the Scheduling Analyst/PMO Analyst roles:

  • Understanding of relevant project management methodologies (Prince II, some Agile)
  • Previous experience of scheduling, resource management, allocation
  • Experience of working in a smaller PMO function or the ability to adapt to the situation and complete what is necessary
